Jamba Juice lost my business. I shouldn't be made to use their kiosk if I dont want to. I understand this is a corporate thing and I feel if you have a paying customer that may refuse to use a kiosk, when you have a person who can take the order, they should take the order. If the person who said she can walk me through the kiosk process has the time to walk me through it, then she can take my order. I know this may sound like I'm some spoiled brat, but I've used the kiosk a few times before and I do not feel its user friendly, especially if you need to make a slight change to something. It ends up being the person making the drink have to ask me about it. It is not good business. I know my business is not going to make any dent in their profits, not my intention. I just want their corporate to know, that they should have a back up plan for folks who may not want to use their kiosk when they come into the establishment. And if a customer says well I won't order and goes to leave, instead of their staff saying, I'm sorry, we will get in trouble if we take your order, they should be let to take the order....

The worker however thought they meant three. Instead of being calm, the lady who took their order rudely stomped over and told them sternly that that was what they ordered.
