Had someone attempt to take my order in Spanish and did not switch to English when I answered in English. They stopped mid-order without notice and went silent. I sat there for 2 minutes waiting for someone to come back on the speaker, so I drove to the window. As I sat behind the car in front of me, I could see them pointing out at my car through the glass and laughing as they handed the food to the patron in front of me. When I pulled up to finish ordering my food and pay they had me sit there for an additional 5 minutes. This was at 1 am so nothing else was open and my only option. Throughout the 5 minutes, they continued to talk amongst themselves and laugh while occasionally looking in my direction. At the end of it, they finally told me that their system had crashed and couldn't fulfill my order. Needless to say, I was already irritated at this point. Will not be going back to this location. The woman who only spoke Spanish and the younger man who was working with her should be retrained or fired. I suppose who ever has the job of ordering INVENTORY basically gets paid for doing a lousy job. If the product is in high demand...you order accordingly. Certainly someone, other than the 2 employees i just spoke to, has noticed that you are ALWAYS running out of a listed menu item. Certainly someone has the job of saying "hey we should probably order a bigger shipment of those since they're really popular and we ARE ALWAYS OUT" so inventory Mgr. Please do a better job or take a pay cut. Im sure you're just doing the bare minimum. Part 2 This is the worst taco I've ever seen from Jack's. Once it was time to pay & receive our food, the girl named MARIA, was flat out rude. She gave my husband a Redbull, & my husband asked for the sugar free Redbull. Maria said “you didn’t ask for it though” & my husband NICELY said “yes I did I told the guy when I ordered.” She left & handed us the correct drink.
