I stopped by while on vacation. The birria Burrito is Bomb. we came in. it was a little late and they completely messed up our order my daughter's tacos had onion even though we requested no onion we ordered chicken tacos but they gave us birria tacos my daughter got the asada mulitas and the tortilla was completely crispy the food didn't taste bad but the order was messed up on the plus side the waiter or the guy helping us out was amazing super cool personality cracked a couple of jokes with us made sure everything was fine and apologize for having new people in the kitchen got four stars due to the guest service if my order would have been right it would have...

I was disappointed the broth flavor was not there at all felt like it was to watered the tacos if you pulled them out of the little white paper the tortillas would break easily cause they poured broth In there with the meat. The green salsa no flavor and I don’t eat spicy but no flavor at all either and I don’t eat salt much either I was pouring that in my tacos and broth. Maybe the other things on their menu are good but what we got was honestly disappointing. Even northgate birria has better flavor. But yeah in my opinion the one on civic center is better (Birrieria guadalajara) 😅 that one fatty food...

I came here because I heard they have a real good "birria ramen" bowl. The gentleman in the cashier welcomed me and gave me some food recommendations. They have a vast variety compared to other birria restaurants I've gone too. I had their "birria chilaquiles" and they didn't disappoint at all. So much good flavor satisfying my taste buds and their Aguas are delicious as well. This place is very clean and kept up to clean standard, and yes I ordered their birria ramen and it was amazingly good. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants "The Ultimate...
