McDonald's — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Every other then when i’m at walmart i have to admit i can’t help craving some mc donalds. So here i go and order my stuff and btw i noticed their was some re-modoling which infact it looks pretty decent and nice better than before , but BUT! Yes double BUT!!! 😤✔️💯 there is 1 thing that hasn’t changed at all and thats your personal they are all extreamly rude specially this one specific lady i don’t really know her name i just know she wears alot of make up ! But that I don’t mind it’s her bad attitude she has so unprofessional an as for today aka friday, August 2 2019 is and was my very last time buying food at your mc donalds ! For only that one specific reason their bad bad bad terribly bad attitude , makes it seem like they hate their job ! And their just working there for the money ! Which is so rude! Because i love eating at mc donalds i love the food but their attitude makes me not want to eat there anymore never again lost 2 customers yeah thats no big deal i bet ! But sad part is that with their bad manners and attitude along the time im pretty sure we’re not going to be the only ones you guys will be loosing! Change that ! This location is always friendly, but I do have to ask for everything fresh if I dont somtimes I get cold frys,who wants cold frys, or a sandwich thats cold. I have been visiting this location since 2012 as I work at John Wayne Airport. Unfortunately 80%of the time they say the icecream machine does not work. Right now we're going on 3 months straight . I visit the restaurant after 8p.m. now . But the daytime shift says the same about 50% of the time.

Overall I love this Mc Donalds when the food is fresh. There are 2 employees that have been there for the longest time and are always so welcoming. 1 is a younger kid with slick back hair,he's Hispanic and im blind so I never get his name. He's been there atleast 5 years. The awsome manager that makes my experience great also is Salvador ,middle aged, handsome bald mexican . He always finds a way to make you laugh or smile. I believe he's promoted to manger, and if I ever have an issue ,he makes it right. I ordered 3 weeks ago 2 double cheeseburgers. I got 2 single burgers . 8/14/2022. My order number was 124. I ordered around 10:45 - 11:00 AM. Had a larger order but my part was the Sausage, Egg Biscuit with added cheese and bacon for an extra charge. Forgot the sausage. Asked if they could redo it, they stopped serving breakfast right after my order and said no. If I wanted a refund I had to do the entire order. Told them to just refund my biscuit and apparently that was fine. They only refunded me for the base products. Not even the extra charges AND I had to give the food back to get the refund. The shift manager in charge took my original receipt and when I asked for it back she states I never gave it to her. There were other things stated that were rude but decided to mention this because it was icing on the cake. I stopped McDonald’s because I only like their breakfast and I am always too late. I happen to have moved nearby so got there while they were still serving breakfast and of course the one time haha. It’s fine, there are other restaurants in the same plaza.
