I had the Beef Shawarma Wrap with french fries, a can of Dr. Pepper, and a side of garlic sauce. The beef needed just a touch of salt but paired well with the tahini, fresh tomatoes, onions, and parsley. I don't know how they make their fries but they are amazing!!! Perfectly crispy on the outside and pillowy on the inside and that was after being in the car for 20 minutes. I ordered the side of garlic sauce to put on the wrap but ended up using it as dip for the fries. Garlic sauce was more like a garlic aioli. Would love to have it punched up with more raw garlic flavor. Ordering and pickup are so easy. They are setup in an incubation kitchen. You get a text when your order is ready. Click the link when you are inside to pickup and the locker pops opens with your food bagged up and ready to go. This concept is awesome for people who are on the go like myself and want a quick way to get food, especially at lunch or on the way...
