Santos Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Ana

I’ve been anticipating the opening of this place for the past 4 years! And I can confidently say it was worth it. Before even opening the box I could smell how delicious this pizza was going to be & it was baked to crispy perfection. The owner came out to hand the pizza & say his thank you for our support which was honestly super sweet & the rest of the staff was just as welcoming. We called in our order & it was ready for pickup at the time they said it would be. As someone that was born & raised in Santa Ana I love that this business prides itself on being Santa Ana raised as well, so they will definitely be getting my continued support

Who knew such good things could come from such small windows? With their pizza door and pizza canopy, you can't miss this place! The kids working inside look like they're having fun and actually enjoy the work they're doing. The few minutes I was there waiting, they greeted a lot of people they seemed to know from the local area. They must have grown up right around the corner or something. Now for the pizza! The pizza itself is delicious, so hot and fresh. There's other spots in the area that do NY style slices, but this is not that! Their style of pizza they make at Santos is different but in the best of ways. The dough to cheese to toppings ratio is perfectly balanced, but the sauce in my opinion is the show stopper. My dad doesn’t care for pizza. I on the other hand can eat it a couple times a week. I get my eyebrows done down the street from here and had been waiting for it to open. Finally brought some home the other day and my dad LOVED IT!! He just told me today that he wanted some again. I swear, this guy will eat pizza if we bring it but always has something to complain about. I guess he just hates the pizza chains and prefers small business pizza.
