Love their food but they are terrible with phone orders. This location seems to feel that customers who order for pickup should be treated with less priority. This is unfortunate because I always order for pickup and I would come to this location much more often if they were consistent.
I had placed an order and was told it would be ready in about 10 minutes. 15 minutes later I paid at the register, they said "phone order for __ here" and the kitchen responded "Coming!". However, it actually took 30 total minutes and I had to ask for it a couple times. The restaurant was moderately busy, but not overly so. I saw almost every other food ticket come and go out, but I was still waiting. I asked the person running the food window about my order since it had been 25 minutes. The response I got was something about "we're working on phone order(s)". Another 5 minutes and still nothing, so I asked again. I said "I am not usually one to complain, but it's been 30 minutes and I was told 10." I received another mumbled excuse about phone orders, received my food a few moments later, and was asked if I wanted any sauces. I was never given any kind of apologetic statement and he did not seem to care that a food order took 30 minutes. He seemed stuck in a thought like: "it's a phone order, so this is fine and there is nothing wrong with this." I would think that one of the very core goals of that job position is to make sure food orders go out at a reasonable time.
I suggest they change their attitude towards takeout customers. They should care more about them actually, since they pay the same price but don't make the restaurant dirty or require...
Read moreIt's very frustrating trying to place a phone order and they don't answer the phone and or they put you on hold for up to 20 minutes. The entire point of placing a phone order is so the food it's ready by the time us costumers arrive there and not literally show up at the place and they still got you on hold and the food of course isn't ready and then still have to look for a freaking parking space in their horrible parking lot and then be stuck in line to pay for your order. Also I'm a regular costumer there and I've been going there for years and for the most part almost all their employees are friendly and Nadia is great but there's two specific employees a male and a female that I just don't know what it is but even when I smile and say hi to them they have this crazy piss off face towards my person but then I see how nice and smiley they're with other costumers. Don't get it. Well good food but horrible parking situation and poor call orders procedures. I hope they improve because I'm already starting to look for...

State street is good but the Milpas is the location me and my father would eat at while he was alive, it is/was something special to me. the Customer service is #1 and the burgers are in my opinion the best..THAT BEING said up here @the NAMPA Idaho location is a completely different subject.
