Cabrillo Ball Park — Attraction in Santa Barbara

I feel like the exercise equipment would get more use — by an order of magnitude — if it was installed on the ocean side where people walk. Very nice and clean, but bathrooms here are locked so don't expect for them to be open unless there is a game or event.
