Terrible service, predatory pricing. First off there prices are higher than the average Taco Bell for various items. Second when I tried to get $1 happy hour drinks for my kids, I had some young kid with attitude flat out lie to me and said that they stopped doing happy hour years ago. And he was trying to charge me $2.19 plus tax per drink, when every other Taco Bell I have been to in 6 other states abides by corporates happy hour deal (which is also all over their official website)I politely told him I changed my mind didn’t want anything and left. About 10 minutes later I received and notification that he still charged my card for something I didn’t get, that he saw I didn’t receive, and didn’t even bother to refund it. So I had to drive back and make them reverse the charge. When I asked him why he still ran my card, he gave me some pathetic response that I left. I told him that doesn’t explain why you would STILL run a charge on my card, then not cancel or refund it when I didn’t get anything. He then tried to crack a some unintelligible remark about my pride that honestly didn’t make sense. But what it equivalent to was him mouthing off at me trying to make himself feel right by insulting the customer. Bottom line if I were you, I would rather drive five minutes over to milpas to get better service and not to mention better prices than rather pay extra for cheap fast food, or potentially have an unauthorized charge then hear some insubordinate remark when you have to drive all the way back to make...
Read moreThis Taco Bell is very spacious, which means that there are plenty of chairs/tables available for you to sit down and enjoy your meal. The service is good and fairly quick, so you don't have to wait very long to get your food and start eating. There is no drive-thru at this location, so you will need to park your car and go inside if you are taking your food to go. The place is not kept well, since the straws, napkins, sauces, and utensils area is always a mess and they never stock them unless you tell them that they're out of something. The other downside is that the restrooms need keys and the keys are placed in the counter, which is...
Read moreIf anything goes wrong, talk to the manager or the owner )often there) and it will get fixed. Some of the cashiers can't follow instructions for putting orders into the machine e.g. if you're a regular and know what your $total should be, double check your total before leaving, because the staff will press the 'extra' button and add $0.50 here and there vs.put in the order how you tell them to for the best price for the customer. But that currently happens at every single Taco Bell location. Otherwise, this location in terms of spaciousness and willingness to work with customers, is the best I've ever...
