Bay Area Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Clara

Great pizza spot. I found them on Google maps. Was looking for a slice of pizza. Went inside and was greeted. Asked the gentleman if they sold slices. He advised me no and I thanked him and started to walk out. As I'm walking out. He recommended that I try the personal pizza. I told him I was only looking to have a slice. He explained to me that the personal pizza is almost the equivalent. I asked him the price and he said it was less than $8. So I decided to get a regular cheese.

So glad I listened to him and got the personal pizza. I waited 10 mins and ate it in my car. The place is very clean. The pizza was fire. Exactly what I was craving. Super fresh and the perfect thickness of dough and cheese. Highly recommend this place. If the plan cheese was this fire. I can't imagine what their regular pizza is like with toppings. Check them out....

Walked in to pick up my order, I ordered through another service and the worker at the counter was on the phone taking a phone order so didn't greet me. Wasn't an issue, but he looked at me and continued to take the order over the phone, which concluded with their credit card information being clearly stated outloud because the worker was on speaker phone. Doesn't give me a good feeling for calling in orders if my info is on speaker for all to hear.

Once the person was off the phone, still didn't get acknowledged nor a greeting. Instead, they went into the back. It wasn't until a supervisor or manager came back into the store that the worker came out to speak with me and handed me my food.

Food wasn't that great but I think with tweaks it would be better. I'd try again to give them...

1. Found a hair on my wife's Bombay pizza the moment she opened the box
2. She had a stomach upset until the next day after eating the Bombay pizza
3. The mango lassis were spoiled; reeked of rotten food smell and once I tasted it, my gag reflex was so strong that I almost vomited. Had to order mango lassis from the nearby Puranpoli restaurant just to wash the rotten lassi taste down.

The only thing that was decent were the garlic bread and the Kashmir pizza.

It's quite surprising how more than half the order was messed up. Reading the other positive reviews, I guess we were one of the extremely unlucky customers that day. Hopefully in the far future I might...
