I only gave it one star because it wouldn't let me post otherwise. I apologize that this is a long post...but you really should know...Today I went in with a homeless man. He told me they had been rude to him a few days ago...i thought maybe it was in his head because I have always had good service there...he paid for his food then waited and waited...WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE in the dining area and only ordered 2 tacos...after 20 mins watching them fill drive thru orders and ignore ours....another customer finally came inside and ordered 4 tacos and had his order in 2 mins. we asked at the counter what was going on and were mocked ,given a nasty attitude, refused the right to see a manager or the managers name, and finally told "Here take your money back" I will NEVER give this place my business again. Read moreI usually enjoy taking my daughter out for breakfast once a week or once in a while. Yesterday we went for our mother daughter breakfast and instead if choosing a restaurant she wanted jack in the box breakfast. Now she's allergic to cheese so I've ALWAYS order no cheese on her food and yesterday when ordering the young gentleman took our order wring twice so the in site morning manager took our order instead and again I repeatedly said please no cheese my daughter is allergic and she continued to say ok no cheese so when I drove off and back up to the window and said there was cheese she told me she couldn't fix my order because the food we ordered came with cheese no exceptions. Read moreI was at the drive-thru at 2:35pm, my order on the screen was about 14.59. When I got to the window they gave me my food. But then I noticed I was missing a extra hashbrown. I told the guy manager at the window that the order was not right. He started to argue with me about the total. They gave me a receipt that had a different total than what was on the screen. So I told that manager you gave me 2 different prices and forgot my other hashbrown. The manager guy had a bad attitude and walked away without helping me with my order. I had to yell at him to fix my order and make it right. There is no way a guy like him is supposed to treat customers like that.
