I didn’t realize grub burger wasn’t here anymore. Almost decided not to give it a chance, but i did. The guy at the bar was amazing! Same customer service I received the first time I visited grub burger. However Took 30 minutes to get our food. When we asked about our food, the server said she was on her own, with an attitude. She just seemed like she was having a bad day and didn’t want to be working, don’t take it out on me, leave your personal life at the door and be professional. My burger was cut in half for no reason. It didn’t have the correct toppings. When I told the person who brought out the food that I didn’t want ranch on it , but instead a different sauce, she grabbed my burger, literally touched it, lifted the bun to “check” if it had the sauce, and said “oh yea it’s on there”; who does this? Literally touch someone’s food instead of offering to bring out a side of the sauce? When she walked away i realized the burger had toppings missing, i was already bothered it took 30 minutes, then they bring out the burger cut in half and made wrong, i should’ve asked for a refund at that point and left, but i decided to have them fix it. So I went to the register and asked them to remake it, which they did. This time it came out within 5 mins, i don’t see why it originally took them 30 mins to bring it out. The crispy chicken bites are literally old tasting chicken nuggets, Mc Donald’s has better tasting ones, or better yet the frozen ones you buy at a store. I miss the boneless wings from grub burger, they tasted so fresh unlike what I had this time around. I’ve been to grub burger about 6-7 times, never a disappointment. This is definitely not the same place anymore. Save your money and go somewhere else. Overall the food was a huge disappointment, the service was poor (other than the guy who took my order). Literally the only positive experience was the customer service from the employee at the bar that took our order upon...

A few standout menu items: 🍔 French Onion Soup Burger – If you love French onion soup, this is a must-try. It even comes with an onion broth for dipping! The broth itself won’t replace your favorite soup, but when paired with the burger? Delicious. 🍄 Havarti Shroom – They don’t skimp on the mushrooms! If you've ever been disappointed by a "mushroom burger" with just a few sad slices, this one will restore your faith. Loaded with shrooms and packed with flavor. 🍟 Fries & Onion Rings – Always a good move. Perfectly crispy and satisfying. 🔥 Bonus Tip – Their homemade chips are on the menu as a side, but if you're more of a fries/rings person, ask for a sample at the register when you order—they'll give you one for free!
Service is always great—attentive, friendly, and ready to make things right if needed. And that patio? Large, shaded, and super dog-friendly. Love discovering new places where I can bring my pup! Speaking of which, I just heard about Brindleden, a new spot opening in 2025 with a safe outdoor dog park, beer, and food. Sounds like a dream—count me in!
All in all, The Stand delivers on tasty food, good vibes, and a welcoming atmosphere. Will...
Read moreAfter a Starbucks employee kindly directed us to this spot when In-N-Out was unexpectedly closed for the holiday, we were initially disappointed but ended up pleasantly surprised by the experience. The brioche bun alone was enough to win me over! Sharing a standard burger, a havarti shroom burger, a short rib grilled cheese, and a large order of fries with my boyfriend, I found the stand burger to be the standout for me. It had all the flavors and toppings I look for in a burger, hitting all the right notes. The havarti shroom burger came in a close second, with the mushrooms bursting with flavor. Next time, I'll definitely have to get creative with some extra toppings. While the short rib was tasty, the sauce was a bit overpowering. Overall, the food was fantastic and the service even better. Marco was incredibly patient with our inquiries, and Roxy stepped in to assist whenever needed. It was a thoughtful touch when Roxy checked in on us during our meal. Despite being from New York, we would definitely make a return visit, alongside In-N-Out.
Reasonably priced for as much food as we got, a tad more expensive than In-N-Out....
