summary: unsanitary, didn’t fulfill order, lied overcharge, bad attitude: 2 worker yelled at me when I was calm, didn't fulfill order and refused refund or credit, wrong order multiple times, misleading item description. I never take the time to post bad reviews unless I've had a really bad experience. I usually get the same order almost every Friday. I decided to order through doordash a couple days ago and for 2 hours it said that they were working on my order, I called them multiple times on the number listed on doordash and on Google maps-no answer. It was a pickup order and they had said order ready, I picked it up and order completed at the same time after 2 hours when I never even picked it up. I visited them today and they were like no we don't use doordash anymore, I told them then it's a good idea to tell doordahs and that it said they had fulfilled it. I had talked to doordash and they said that yes the store had fulfilled it an it's a problem on their end. I told the 3 workers this and they were like no no and started yelling at me like no you don't understand. I stupidly ordered from them after in person and they got it wrong and said you can pick up from the table and I said that's not what I wanted. I said it's fine I can't wait anymore I did 30mins and I just want to cancel my order and they said no no and was insisting that they can just slap on hot sauce on a different salad and overcharged me. I took one bite and immediately had to spit it out because the turkey had clearly gone bad—it had a sour taste that was impossible to ignore. Hoda Asfari left a bad review, dont listen to her complaining. She is just ungrateful and impatient. If anything, it’s all underpriced. Sandwiches are $10 and comes with chips. The way she is writing is like a privileged brat. Great staff and excellent food. They are very nice people and owners. I especially enjoy the spicy chicken sandwich and add avocado to it.
