Im pretty picky about meat & MAN this place hits the spot after a 6hr appt at Kaiser! Found this food truck on Google. Ordered a carne asada burrito w/ no beans. The tortillas taste home-made (not sure if they are because I couldn't see them preparing the food) & they had a nice crisp to em. The asada had a nice crispy, crunch to it, but, not overcooked & still juicy. There was some tendon on the asada, but, the flavor DEFINITELY makes up for that! The rice & asada had so much flavor, you almost don't need salsa on it. The salsa I got was pretty spicey. Not sure if it's their orange sauce? It has a redish orange tint. Didn't much like the cheese they used on the burrito (it was the shredded Mexican blend type cheese that comes preshredded). Overall 🔥🔥🔥 burrito & worth it 🤤 no pic cause I ate it all lol. Customer service was great! Everyone there had an upbeat vibe all while moving fast to get orders out. *Parking is very limited as the foodtruck is in a liquor store parking lot *Waited approx 25mins for my order. Meat is flavorful and not desperately dry. Tacos and nachos alike are loaded with meat, and it does not feel skimpy. The people serving you are polite even if you are not Spanish speaking.

The truck is conveniently next to a Liquor store so you can drop in for drinks or additional snacks while you wait for your food. The wait times are relatively quick, you can order and have your food within 10-15 minutes, depending on the length of the line. Between 11:30AM-12:30PM the lines can look intimidating but they're lengthy for good reason - don't hesitate to wait as it does move quickly.

I just want to say if this Taco Truck turns into a restaurant I will probably be the no. 1 supporter. Let me tell you right now that these are incredible tacos. I am from socal and I know there is no better Mexican food than this food truck in San Jose. These people are friendly, accommodating of your preferences for the menu, and incredibly popular.
