This is my second bad experience at this location in a row. This time though I am unable to not report. My husband and son and I went through the drive through and I had to use the restroom. Upon walking towards the restroom inside the restaurant a female cook was infront of me and used the bathroom also. I could tell she was cook because it looked like she had an apron on. She was done using the restroon before I was and only turned the water on and off in the sink. Not using soap or anything. The water ran for approx 2 seconds before she walked back out. I brought this to the managers attention and she laughed when I told her. She told me they wash thier hands in the back after using the bathroom and h a d no interest in asking jer empolyees to wash their hands. When I told her what happened she barely said 5 or 6 words to me. I'm very disappointed in the seriousness she took towards this situation. I'd like to hear from someone above this manager the cameras to be checked to see if the employee in question did in fact ever properly wash her hands. Also when I recomended she have her employees wash thier hands in the bathroom also so customers can see its being done she smiled and laughed again. I'm very upset by this.... Please watch them handle your food...

This McDonald's is terrible is all starts from the top and on.

First I tried using the apps deals then have issue with the stupid kiosks machines. Seeing ass nothing has any combos and everything has its own place. It's not user friendly when I've seen older people use these and see how long and difficult of a time they have. This is more of a general thing with the kiosks but I've also seen the last off attention to help guest when the machine don't offer anything help.

Then you have management who is responsible how the rest of the crew conduct themselves so you have the same lack of attention to help guest within a timely fashion.

Now after all that the atmosphere is terrible and depressing. Why does it feel like I'm ordering food at a office space. Whoever came up with these new designs need to get fired and pay back all those wages they were given to come up with this awful "atmosphere". Slowly starting to hate McDonald's 🙃 but who cares they make billions...
