Fusion Tacos Airport — Restaurant in Santa Fe

Ordered a Vegetarian Torta and got one with Ham instead , if I didn't swallow this Animal Flesh I wouldn't be so upset but now I'm in for a night of terrible Stomach Pain and other Unspeakable Issues thanks to a employee who could Not take the time to do his job correctly . I take the Responsibility of trusting this establishment which me and my Huge Family will no longer do. Taking away all of our business and Anyone who will listen. I Don't recommend Fusion Taco for Vegetarians. This isn't the 1st time I've had issues with them but usually it's just a missing item from a delivery and the delivery app fixes the issue , as for today My order was picked up in person. The employee tied a knott in the bag my food was in 1st mistake I made not checking to see my order. Like I said I take some responsibility but we are supposed to trust the people who are getting paid well to prepare our food to follow the Simplest task correctly we shouldn't give them our hard earned money if they cannot follow food safety guidelines. As of now this establishment hasn't refunded my money and I'll probably have to drive back to straight it out. When I called they weren't apologetic and acted like I was inconveniencing them. Very inconsistent. I went here for tacos last week and had some of the most delicious tacos I've ever had. Went again last night and half my order was screwed up. Ordered five chorizo tacos (which were halfway decent) and five chicken tacos. I have no idea what kind of tacos I ended up with, but it wasn't chicken nor was it carne asada (both of which I'd ordered the week before - I suspect I was served lingua or tripe). Unfortunately, I didn't realize the mistake until I got home and it was too late to head back since it was almost 7 PM. Almost all of the tacos tasted like shoe leather leftovers that had been sitting around on the grill for too long.

Catch this place on the right night at the right time and you'll have some of the best tacos ever. Catch it at the wrong time and it tastes...

Attempted to place a call in order for 30 mins straight and no answer. Drove to airport location and it was not busy. 2 people (family of workers) ahead of us, placed our 1 taco plate order which was $20 for a 4 birria tacos and 1 sprite and waited 28 mins. Gentleman drove up 15 mins after us and got his order at the same time we got ours. Got home opened up the birria tacos and they had little to no meat. The little meat it did have could not even cover the bottom of the shell. This place was my #1 for birria but I will not be returning. Quality of the birria tacos is non existent. I can not speak on the others...
