I work out of town from time to time and love trying new foods while im here. A coworker had mentioned they pass by every day and see a bunch of food trucks but haven't tried any. I decided to stop by and take a chance. It was early evening around 7, 7:30pm, I was pleased right away because they accepted cards for payment. I ordered the birria tacos , and the carne asada quesedilla! The wait time also was not long since i was the only one there at the time. I must say i was not disappointed! The tacos were well put together and VERY flavorful. Also the side jalapeño and sauce that came with it i was not expecting but it was all absolutely delicious. I recently had the pleasure of finding this food truck, specializing in Tijuana style tacos, and I must say, they were absolutely delicious! The variety of flavors and textures in these tacos was a true treat. The guy taking my order was really friendly as well, explaining a bit of the prep and ingredients of each type.

The carne asada, fish, shrimp, and birria (marinated shredded beef) all exceeded my expectations. Each taco had its own unique flavor profile, and the combination ingredients made them really great.
