Life Bar — Restaurant in Santa Fe

This restaurant is so inconsistent. Sometimes it's great, sometimes not at all. Twice I've had incredibly slimy greens/spinach, once in a salad and once in a sandwich. The chips that come with sandwiches are always different brands, sometimes high quality, sometimes even Lays which is not what I'd expect from a health conscious spot. I've had great avocado and incredibly brown avocado. The cucumber might be good and it might be rubbery and slimy. Salads come with ingredients not listed which is dangerous for food sensitivities. I've had the plain celery juice (of the same size) prepared in 3 different containers - to go cup, juice container, and now what looks like a water bottle. Sometimes the juice itself is great, sometimes you can tell by both flavor and looks that there were other ingredients not sufficiently rinsed from the blender, again not good for food sensitivities. As a local, I just found out about this cool place. I was was mentioning to my son a week prior to my visit that I wish we had more places that served fresh food options. Then I hear about Life Bar, it was like the food God's heard my request and granted my wish! I had to try several things right away. I ordered the Mango love'N smooth, the Berry Yum smoothie, of course the Celery Juice, Because I'm obsessed with celery(I know that seems weird but super beneficial to your health). So I also tried Jaydens Triple Dip, the dip is the key to the sandwich, the flavors burst, then the avocado toast, which came with a salad, everything was so fresh and flavorful. My son raved about the smoothies being so much better than other places, he could tell they were made fresh with no artificial syrups. Thanks to my friend Laura for giving me the recommendation!
