The service was one of the most awkward experiences I’ve ever had. They weren’t very friendly or welcoming at all. We paid almost 20 dollars for 2 cups of tsunami shaved ice. My cup came and was mostly ice with very little flavoring. The ice was super hard and difficult to get with a spoon so I dumped the ice out to try and eat the ice cream in the bottom and there wasn’t very much of that either.
