Ordered A Venti caramel Frappuccino, as well as a Venti caramel macchiato, a chocolate croissant and a ham and Swiss croissant sandwich. A very nice window Girl handed us our first drink which was the Venti caramel Frappuccino. We noticed immediately a long brown hair stuck up next to the cup inside of the Frappuccino she saw it as well while handing it off and said oh my gosh, that’s on us let me fix it. Pretty gross, but things happen and she was very sweet about the situation. After taking it back to get fixed, she handed us the rest of our items. The Venti caramel macchiato had very little drizzle caramel on the top none on the sides or bottom, I asked her if she could please ask them to add caramel, Immediately after me, asking her the manager Gabby came up to the window took my drink and said she will fix it this time, but that it was the last time. She responded she already had to fix the first drink, and that the second one would be the last I replied, the first drink had your hair in it, assuming it was hers because she had made the drink and it looked just like her hair. And the other drink is basically milk and shots of espresso on ice. I told her never mind. I don’t want you to fix it. I told her my husband and his work crew go to this location every morning, my family and I spend hundreds of dollars a month, more than I’d like to admit and we will not be back. Her reply was good don’t come back when I asked for her Manager She quickly replied she was the manager. I asked her name. She said it under her breath Gabby. I could barely make it out, so I hope the name is Gabby, but I was there Saturday August 9th around 3pm. I quickly asked her to please repeat her name and she slammed the window closed. I will not take my money back to this particular Starbucks ever again and my family has vowed to never go back either. We love the Saint Michael’s location as well as Saint Francis and will continue to do business there as well as Dutch Bros where everybody is extremely kind and happy. I don’t know what the issue is with this particular Starbucks, but I have never in my life after working in a restaurant my entire life and owning one have been treated so horribly or heard an employee talk to customer like she did. The way that she spoke over me argued told me that she would fix an issue that was 100% on her but it was the last time is absolute disgusting behavior! What happened to customer service? What happened being nice to customers or each other? So if you like hair in your drinks because she said herself, she would never do that again! Well if you like having hair in your drinks and being treated like crap for paying overpriced drinks then go ahead and continue to visit this Starbucks and make sure to ask for the manager so you can get the real thing! You will be sure to have the worst experience and treated like you are not giving your hard earned money and business to! But if you’d like to be treated well and your business matters then I highly suggest going another mile or so down the road to Dutch Bros get your moneys worth where people are nice to you! Like I said previously the St Mikes and St Francis location has always been good to me...
Read moreGrayson is amazing! They hustle at their job always nice and helpful even if other employees aren't pitching in to help. Surprised to see the red head manager still at Starbucks. She was talking to someone who was doing maintenance for at least 30 min. I needed Splenda and stood at the register without anyone in front of me or behind me for at least 5 min. There were 4 employees there and only two working. The young girl at the windows who I believe is new to Starbucks only because I haven't seen her at this location or others. She was extremely nice and Grayson of course working their magic getting things done. The other 2 employees were the manager and another young girl who spent most of the time in the back and the manager staring at me instead of coming over to ask if I need help since I had just gotten my drinks but needed Splenda. I walked over to Grayson who was busy making drinks for drive thru and the two other customers sitting down while waiting. The manager was making small talk with the maintenance guy about absolutely nothing to do with Starbucks and at this point 2 feet away from me and still nothing from her. I asked Grayson for Spenda when they had a min and of course they were more than happy to help! I also have to say it's devastating to see the wall art taken down especially after finding out so many people had gone the extra mile to ask management and Starbucks to please consider keeping it up. The customers were told it would stay and to learn it's gone is pretty sad. Now it looks like IKEA has taken over and Super Salad sold them their furniture after closing down. The previous design was industrial and had the flare of Santa Fe and the arts. If their attempt is to make it uninviting to get people in and out and and not have a place to do thier work on the fly or visit with friends they sure hit the nail. Please if anyone has a picture of the art on the wall or knows of the artist please comment in reviews. I'd love to have a pic of what was. 😔 Thanks Grayson for being the...
Read moreI have been to Starbucks from Manhattan, NYC to Fairbanks, Alaska and even in other countries and this one is probably the most frustrating I have encountered. Let me first say, the staff is ALWAYS lovely. The staff seems to work hard. The store and the bathrooms are clean. Even when they are slammed the people are always pleasant and friendly. But this store could do with a visit from another location to help it get it's stuff together more. Their times for the drive thru are non existent, they just either ignore them or have given up completely. They run out of things more often than seems usual for other locations I have patronized, they do not pay attention to the instructions on the orders as much as they should so orders are sometimes wrong, they will let you sit, and sit, and sit, and sit at the window with the online order you placed 30 minutes ago is ready and waiting on the counter while they continue to do other things, and they seem to routinely turn off mobile ordering because they are overwhelmed. I understand that this store is busy, but it's not any busier than many of the others I have been a regular at and I think they might benefit from having a consultant come help them get better organized, and/or more staff. And, this store has been consistently lagging for years, it isn't a new thing. I've started avoiding it even though it is closest to me because I have to build in so much extra time to get where I'm going if they are backed up. They have potential, but for the past four years or so they have just not been able to run...
