C Store Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Santa Isabel

I've been in there 3 occasions and the service has been a total disaster!! All 3 was during lunch with very little clients and quite a few employees. Lunch is not served on a timey manner. First 2 occasions I ended up asking to pack my lunch. The last occasion I visited with 2 other coworkers and we all ordered lunch from the daily menu. It was not served at the same time and we had to tell the waiter to serve our drinks. 2 of us asked for fried plantains as part of the complement and they were not served until the end and as always, I ended up asking to pack my lunch to go. The fried plantains were not served individually and my coworker who never taste it, paid an additional $2.99 for them as well as me. Only to find out that only 5 pcs of fried plantain were packed. Outrageous!! I would assume that service after work hours is more tolerable if you have all the time in the world. But lunch is totally out of the question!!
