Olive Garden — Restaurant in Santa Isabel

If you are familiar with the Olive Garden experience in the U.S then this location might surprise you. I stopped getting the Tour of Italy due to the poor quality Parmesan Chicken and switched to Carabbas in the U.S but decided to gamble in Puerto Rico.I figured Olive garden wouldnt want to export, what I find to be, terrible chicken to PR and maybe they would instead use more natural chicken in PR or perhaps the cooks would prep it better or both.

The gamble paid off!! See the photos for yourself. Portions were bigger, I was given 4 bread sticks instead of the normal 2 in the U.S, and the Food was more natural tasting and better cooked. Not sure if I got lucky but it was like Olive Garden before they started skimping out on quality. Or maybe a better chef.

Saludos solo como recomendación del lugar y menu, servicio ok, lugar excelente, plato de pasta pesto con pollo , no fue lo que esperaba pasta dura; pollo en strip picado parecia precocinado sabor de bolsas frio con marcas de grill y frio y con flakes hojuelas de lo que parecia Italian 🌿 herbal demaciado poco parecia un garnish de decoracion y No una pesto , le dieron la opcion de salsa alfredo con pesto y mi esposa le menciono solo salsa pesto. ( SALSA ) pesto el que conoce una pesto sabe que un basico ingrediente pesto con lleva ingredientes base y despues el main sabor si es de albahaca, espinacas etc Solo unos flakes de lo que parecia perejil. Final para todo persona que su paladar se deleite de un plato italiano con pesto. Éste NO ES EL LUGAR solo recomiendo la ensalada un poco buena como siempre pero han bajado mucho los ingredientes tambien en la ensalada como si tubieran que obligados a darlas .minimizando el surtido de colores y sabores de esos ingredintes que tanto los que hemos seguidos sus restaurantes desde el comienzos from florida to PR.sabemos .como todo se imnova , para nosotros fue comienzo de no participar mas en olive garden como todo de no mantener consistencia tenemos que dejarlos en recuerdos y apoyar a nuevos lugares. Greetings, just as a recommendation of the place and menu. Ok service, excellent place. The chicken pesto pasta dish wasn't what I expected. The pasta was hard; chopped strips of chicken seemed precooked, tasted like it came from cold bags, had grill marks, and were flakes of what looked like Italian herbs. It was too little, it looked like a garnish and not pesto. They offered the option of Alfredo sauce with pesto, and my wife mentioned only pesto sauce. (SAUCE) Pesto. Anyone who knows pesto knows that a basic ingredient, pesto, consists of base ingredients and then the main flavor, whether it's basil, spinach, etc. Just some flakes of what looked like parsley. The final touch is for anyone whose palate delights in an Italian dish with pesto. This is NOT THE PLACE I only recommend the salad, a little good as always but they have lowered the ingredients a lot also in the salad as if they had to give them. minimizing the assortment of colors and flavors of those ingredients that both those of us who have followed their restaurants since the beginning from Florida to PR. we know. co.o everything is innovated, for us it was the beginning of not participating more in Olive Garden like everything of not maintaining consistency we have to leave them in memories and...

Came in at 11:00 which is opening time and it was closed. Some one open the door at 11:05. No one welcome me. There was two young girls and a young guy. I had to ask for the menu no one offered it to me after they finish with their conversation after like 5 minutes then they offer me a table which I decline, because I was ordering to go and a waitress took my order. I wanted the soup, salad and bread sticks, which I thought all Olive Garden had , but I had to ordered everything separate so I just order ñoqui soup and a side of Alfredo dipping sauce with bread sticks. The soup did not taste at all like the soups I had before and the Alfredo sauce had no taste at all so not very good experience .
