A Local Gem with Heart and Flavor 🩷 We've been dining at Café Deville in Nipomo a few times a month since they opened over a year ago, and it’s become one of our absolute favorite places. This family-owned restaurant makes us feel like close friends every time we walk in. Our 2.5-year-old even knows the owners by name and loves seeing and chatting with them—it's that kind of place.

The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it the perfect hangout, especially for families with kids. And the food? Always delicious—no matter what we try, it’s consistently amazing. My husband loves their beer selection and usually lets Ben (the owner) surprise him with a choice. Ben’s also great at crafting tasty nonalcoholic drinks for those not drinking.

His wife, Michelle, is the sweetest woman. She has a passion for flowers and always fills the café with beautiful fresh arrangements. She’s also incredibly kind and patient with our daughter. Together, Ben and Michelle make every visit feel like we’re visiting friends.

We went to eat at Cafe DeVille this past Sunday with our two small children and LOVED everything! Highly recommend their pretzel bites with mustard and house made cheese sauce. My newest fav is their goat cheese croquettes (balls if you’re fancy) had a good crunch without being greasy and the warm honey glaze had a hint of heat and the creamy goat cheese, it was all a great combo! Our kids had their chicken tenders and kids burger slider with French fries, good portions. Will always love their fresh pesto burger but their turkey club sando is another recommendation. It’s all delicious, you can’t go wrong. The family that runs this restaurant work so hard to make good food and provide a warm atmosphere. They welcome everyone like you are family. 12/14/2024 - Checking back in. We've been about 15 times now. A very solid place. Locals are taking notice. Cafe Deville continues to make improvements, such as on the patio and a special menu with seasonal fare. So happy to have them in town.

8/16/2024 - Cafe DeVille is by far, the best addition to Nipomo in years. This family business has taken over a location in downtown Nipomo, and turned it into a new viable restaurant that is/was really needed by this community. I have been about 5 times. The food is very good and the menu selection is likely to please almost anyone. The food is not fancy, but it is of high quality, solid value, and consistently good.
