Holy cow....what a Terrible Dunkin.
Every single time we go there....there is an issue. I do not understand how one can make $15+ an hour and cannot for the life of them figure out how to do their job properly. Between the attitudes of the employees and the shear incompetence, it's amazing how this Dunkin stays in business.
I have never in 36+ years ever seen such pure laziness, disrespect, and lack of sense.
Today was it for me.... Got to drive thru at 10:22am. Ordered the wife a small iced pumpkin latte with skim.
Pulled up to the window. No one behind me, no one inside. 4 workers inside. Sat there for 7 minutes before they came and took the card. The four female workers inside were moving slower than any rock Ive ever seen. They were all giggling and havong fun talking rather then working. After 15 minutes I finally snapped and wanted a refund. I even vented to the workers and asked how it takes 15 minutes to make a small coffee.... What were they doing? There was no one inside and no on in line when I got there?!
After taking my card, it took an additional 4 minutes to refund me. The whole time, no one ever spoke a word to me in the drive thru.
20 minutes! Seriously. I lost track of time playing on my phone it took so long. How is the GM or the owner...

She repeated the order to us correctly after loudly sighing over the speaker. When we arrived at the window she took our money while not making eye contact and talking to someone else. We asked for a receipt and she ignored us and shut the window. She then proceeded to hand us drinks that were made incorrectly. Then argued with her team about what we had ordered. Sounded like her team knew what we ordered and she didnāt. We asked for a receipt again and she ignored us again. The third time we asked she exasperatedly told us to ājust give her a second.ā She then handed me a mocha when I asked for a hot chocolate and then proceeded to tell me that I was wrong about what I ordered. I asked for a hot chocolate and before she shut the window for the third time, she made it clear she was very annoyed with us. When we drove away and looked into the bag of the one donut we ordered... it was the wrong donut. Time to retrain Dunkin......

edit 5/30 I decided to visit this dunkin because I was in the area and it has been almost a year since I visited. I was very disappointed with the two visits I made during my stay here. The first visit was on a Thursday and I ordered at the register and got a large frozen matcha latte. The female cashier charged me $6.00 which I was very shocked by but still wanted my frozen latte. I was surprised at the very high price, but the latte was well made. I then proceeded to look at the Dunkin app and the large frozen matcha was 4.99 so I got scammed by the cashier.
And today 5/30 I decided to visit again so I placed an order at the self service kiosk and ordered a large Iced Chai Latte. The guy who made my āChai Latteā gave me a bitter nasty burnt iced coffee instead. Definitely was not a chai latte. I couldnāt even finish the drink.
