This place used to be delicious.. I went and got some tacos and a burrito and was extremely disappointed. Where is the flavor bro?! The burrito was bland, the tacos were bland, the freaking salsa was bland. The grilled onions… bland af. Where is the flavor y’all?! Not to mention the burrito was dry… seems like they used meat and beans that had been sitting out for hours. Worst of all we asked for green salsa and the cook must’ve accidentally put on red salsa then tried to scoop it off.. my gf hates red salsa so she was not very happy.. and that makes me very unhappy.. Idk if it was the cook, or change of management but our meal sucked… probably won’t be going back again. This is hands down one of my favorite places to eat. I have introduced many of people to this little hole in the wall gem. As of today I will no longer be a customer or someone who recommends this place. You order something that says one thing and they are charging you a whole different price, than what is advertised. How do you advertise something for $9.99 and then tell me my total is over $13?? She tells me tax. I look at the receipt and it shows food for 12.99 vs 9.99 advertised. A friend told me to check out this great Mexican restaurant. I’ve driven by where she said it was many times and have never seen it! It’s almost directly across from the Post Office on East Battles Rd, she said. So, yesterday I drove by it again and almost missed it. It’s in a smaller building across a large vacant lot. If you know it’s there, you’ll find it. The server was very outgoing, the menu was extensive, and the server made a recommendation based on what I described.
