So I've been cook about 8months and I'm on leave due to gossip...I'll probably be let go so here some things you should know....more than half the employees are stoned or on something that's why food takes so long to come out.....half the meals die from over sittin on windows under heat lamp all they do is add more sauce and mix it around....check if you notice it dry or looks lil old....another issue person on grill always backed up they slice chicken before it's at 165...so raw still and zap in microwave. .as well as salmons and steaks....thats why lot stuff so dry......dishes are poorly washed....check your ramicans those always have left over sauce or watery soap in them......they pre cook a lot chicken during rush then threw in concour.....they'll let chicken sit more than hr in there..... if you notice your lasagna flats it's because they didnt pre make enough so they chop into sized dinner or lunch and will throw in microwave.....they pre cook shrimp as well...they have them above were they cook....the cooks are constantly eating while working or on phone while on the line....I've witnessed employee eat the blue cheese without gloves on line as well as eat others foods while cookin....dipping in alfredo sauce that use for meals....a lot goes on behind the kitchen that you dont know...be care.....they drop food or things all time just throw in deep fryer say germs are gone now....I know lot more and seen alot.....I would go to san Luis location better than santa maria one....spoke with gene about employees on drugs that should drug test he replied we do not do drug test so seems they dont care if employees all high.....and they wonder why some tickets in kicten have 30min plus when should only...
Read moreWhen we arrived there was maybe 3 groups before us, and about 5 groups that came after us and we had not been given a table after 25 minutes. The host (aidan) said he was waiting on a new server coming in at 1pm (another 15 minutes) wait after my wife and I questioned why we haven't been seated yet. He told us there were no tables available, I walked through the dining and pointed out tables that were empty. I asked him are you seriously going to make us wait after you sat 5 groups that came after us?. He turned and walked away apologizing, was disrespectful to other hostess by snapping his fingers at her say "no matter what don't leave" and walked away. After another ten minutes, he said another server has volunteered to wait on us. He kept apologizing (now irritating) I told him you could do better , he asked if I wanted a manager I said yes you should have called him a long time ago. Now food: my son ordered off the kids menu and received different, we asked where the shrimp was on his pasta , we were charged another 6$ and not properly corrected. There was no soup as our server said it was scrap from the bottom, no cheese offered in any salads, pastas etc, the tortilla with the spinach artichoke was stale like it was sitting. My wife and daughter didn't eat their food but instead asked for it to be taken out instead. Our drinks were never offered to be refilled and no manager ever...

I went a while ago and the server was AMAZING (sadly I don’t remember his name) he would check on us every 4 minutes with a smile and he would even ask us if we wanted more soup or bread. This timeeeeee (today) it was HORRIBLE so we were greeted and sat on a table (good) the server (don’t remember her name) was short and had really short hair she introduces herself and asked us for drinks and food (all good) but she checked on us like 2 times and the it’s like she was in a rush for us TO LEAVE because she just gave us the receipt (didn’t ask, she assumed we finished and we still had A LOT in our plate and I still wanted dessert) and when my bf took the money out she just grabbed it like WT*. The WORST part is that she literally gave us a DEADLY stare when we were about to take the money out (for the tip) she stared like 4 times with her BIG eyes and mad face and for like 5 seconds each time. Like she wanted a great tip for her “GREAT WORK” like she was rude and was still expecting something big (people need training, they are working and other people go and spend their money there).
