Starbucks — Restaurant in Santa Maria

This is a hit or miss Starbucks. The staff can be really good with customer service via the drive thru but depends on who it is, I've had really friendly staff and the person today who just gave off the attitude of don't care....the wait for the drive thru is too long. They are often out of menu items. I said clearly I wanted a venti and was given a grande. I had already waited half my lunch period in the drive thru so I didn't want to wait any longer. The times I have gone there, which is why I give it three stars, is that their drinks are usually made better than the other drive thru locations I've been to in town. Just wish they would be more consistent with good customer service, menu items in stock and making sure they get the orders correct. This Starbucks, located on Broadway and Stowell in Santa Maria, CA, is a popular & busy spot. The store is clean and has a nice seating area, inside & outside, to enjoy your coffee. Their multi-tasking baristas always take the time to say Hi as you enter. The store has a nice refrigerated display filled with delicious options for snacks, meals or drinks. The variety of sales items are neatly displayed in various areas. Your order is quickly taken and any questions are patiently answered with a friendly smile. The day is 4/27/23 it was the closing team Service was just ugh ok so I went through drive thru asked for a chocolate cookie crumble frap and a mango dragon fruit with water not lemonade got my order and it was all wrong I got a mocha choc cookie crumble I didn’t want mocha in it then the mango dragonfruit had lemonade in it so we went back to get it corrected the girl seemed irritated that we went back so I got the cookie crumble frappe corrected but the mango dragon fruit doesn’t even taste nor look like how it’s supposed to I was just so done after that I didn’t even want to go back the third time we didn’t even drink it cause it was horrible if I can give it 0 stars I would ! not coming back to...
