Taco Bell — Restaurant in Santa Maria

Went been there everytime I go through the drive through they ask me to back up I do not appreciate that and the fact my orders been messed up the last 3 times and is soggy with ingredients missing maybe instead of worrying so much about your drive through you need to worry about the quality of food and customer service customer service was terrible the girl was rude at the window and was mad I didn't back up. She said here didn't say have a nice day etc I don't expect over done xustoner service but if your not happy with your job you shouldn't be working there. At least you could say is hi how are you and have a nice day. I tried to contact the store to get my food fixed and no answer I will be calling corporate they weren't busy when I went or left 1 other car in...

Won’t be back! We were walk-in customers. No one acknowledged us waiting at the counter. Two parties that arrived after us knew the drill and went straight to the kiosks to place their order. Would be helpful to have a sign at the counter stating that all orders must be made at the kiosk or online, if that’s what is required.

Ordered from the kiosk but the option to add green sauce was not available. Food was as expected, but the cup for ice tea was not provided. Needed to ask for that. Also asked for mild taco sauce and was advised that they had none. Only options were Diablo and Fire sauce.

Given what PepsiCo is doing with Taco Bell, if I were to return to this place I’d expect that I would need to prepare...

Dessert cinnamon balls were cold. I requested no onions in the bean burritos and they added onions. After we paid at the drive thru they asked for us to back up and pull forward. ( They have done this to us 4 times this month !) Drive thru is being timed or something..

5/5/2024 Went to take the kids this afternoon for lunch. They wanted nacho fries 🍟 and 5 layers as we went thru the drive thru. Unfortunately the nacho fries were COLD and half way filled.
