I go to chipotle everyday because I don’t have the time to cook because of work, been to this location a couple times only.
Came today and one of the employees was extremely rude to an elderly customer, screaming at the customer.
People here in America don’t have values or respect people at all. The cook came at the guy in rage and I thought he was gonna hit the older guy and I said it’s ok dude, the guy pushes me.
I was In shocked and wanted to hit the guy, why mess? With an older gentleman. He was just asking for his food that he never got.
Then everything calmed down and was ready to order my bowl. Order one order of chicken bowl with an extra side of steak, it was so little like I was begging for it, I asked kindly can I get a little more she said that’s all I can give you, literally she gave me 5 pieces.
In disbelief i said ok that’s fine. Let me get another scoop of protein, which again she gave so little again.
Not only that it was her attitude that made everything worse, I believe she’s the manager but I’m not exactly sure.
Just treat people better with a smile, it doesn’t anything.
Worse part is no body is gonna do anything about it to fix the problem.
To the guy who screamed at the older gentleman, mess with someone your own age and size.
And the manager treat people better, should lead...

I won't even mention the fact that they are incredibly rude, very sullen, and have no personality or likability. Oops, did I accidentally mention that?!?
This is the third time I've ordered a salad and they have not had any salad dressing, but neglect to let me know until I'm checking out. When I ask for salsa instead of dressing, they want to charge me almost $2 for the salsa. When I ask for a manager to override that, they tell me the cashier IS the manager and they will not override that. When I ask for the name of the manager, so that I could make a complaint to the general manager, they refuse to give me their name .
Very disappointing!
First of all, make sure you have enough dressing to handle your customers needs. Second of all, if you don't have enough dressing to manage your customers needs, offer them something in exchange for that (salsa). Third of all, if you can't do any of the above, at least offer your name so that a complaint could be made.

Read moreThey don't give the proper portion size. Managers do not know the difference between a weight measurement and a volume measurement. They are training their employees to give less than what corporate says is a proper portion size. I dont want extra i just want what im paying for. When I asked for a manager, a Latina lady with tattoos all over her arms came and didn't even greet me properly. As I was trying to explain the differences she was dismissive, combative and wouldn't allow me to speak. She even said that it would weigh more if she went and weighed it on the scale. She obviously doesnt understand physics and I said OK, but she retracted that statement and doubled down on being rude. When I asked her if she knew what a liquid measurement was she had no clue. When I asked for her name and General managers name she wouldn't tell me. I have opened a complaint with the CA division of weights and measures and made a complaint to corporate.
