Ozzie's Grill — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

I was just there in person to place my order with my wife or a late birthday present. I said I wanted two Bacon Western cheeseburgers and a full order of cheese fries and that I would pay the difference. When we got home there was only one Burger and the fries. When I called I asked who the manager was and the gentleman I was speaking to you said Bob the owner was there, when I asked to speak to Bob hey lady in the background asked who is it the gentleman said they didn't say and she took the call. I explained to her my situation and she tried to tell me that they repeat the order back, that is irrelevant because I made it clear to bake and Western cheeseburgers and cheese fries full order and I pay the difference. Not only that I deliver food for a company for them and I'm very disappointed. I will never order from there or recommend Ozzy's ever. If I could give a negative review I would.

Great food, great fries, fast service. However, their employees are not wearing their masks correctly while preparing or serving your food, and I didn't see anyone washing their hands or using hand sanitizer or gloves. They also allow an alarming amount of high school students to over crowd the front of their business in the afternoons with no masks on & no social distancing, you can't even get to the front door without walking through a very large crowd of chaotic teenagers with no respect & no masks on. It's alarming that they allow this amount of people to hang out in crowds in front of their business during the pandemic, and that they allow large crowds of people who are behaving in a chaotic & disrespectful way with no regard for any customer attempting to approach...

Ok, this probably wouldn't bother me so much but I'm pregnant and I wanted macaroni salad so we ordered dinner here SPECIFICALLY so I could get a side of macaroni salad. The cheese fries were fine, nothing exciting. Onion rings were pretty good. Cupcake milkshake was liquidy but tasty. Veggie burgers were oddly thin and wide but tasted fine. BUT, even though the guy who handed my husband the food read everything off the order correctly, they gave me potato salad (gross!) instead of the macaroni salad I'd ordered, that was the whole reason we went there!
