Used the "self-checkout" lane, only had 3 items. Ran into a little snag during the payment process, the customer service lady that was standing there couldn't have been more than 18 years old and could not answer any of my questions regarding the problem I was having checking out. I was trying to do a split tender and she had no idea how to do it. I ended up having to park my order take it up to customer service and pay for it. So unless it's a straightforward payment method I wouldn't recommend self-checkout at any of these stores because they don't train the girls that are standing there to help you more or less they stand there to make sure no one is stealing. They also put the sliced loaves cross-wise in the plastic bags, making it...

Everyone knows where everything is or we look for it while shopping for other items... Duh....Stop trying to rush the shopping experience/getaway from the commotion of life. Let customers relax and shop. Jeez. And what's with having like 15 managers at every location??? Wierd. Only place I've ever seen with an equal amount of managers and employees Lol 🤷Other than that, when I was left alone to do what I like to do, it was just as it's always been . Great. Don't change what's always worked Publix. Let the shopping experience handle itself w/o all the greets and assistance on...
