trust me, 0 stars if the option was there. Pictured here is this particular Burger Kings version of the BK Big Fish Sandwich. Note the chicken sandwich wrapping and the hamburger sized buns. I don't seem to recall pickles on the sandwich before, and the tartar sauce tastes strangely like mayo. But the biggest thing is the lack thereof an essential ingredient in the chicken/fish hybrid sandwich. All sarcastic humor aside. This is not the first time this facility has messed up an order. I spoke with the "manager" and she informed me that there are new people working there (her being one of them most likely) and she couldn't believe it happened again... Wait, what.. AGAIN? Don't you think the problem should have been nipped in the butt the first time? She offered a coupon as compensation.    Read moreAfraid to eat the food. When I entered the restaurant, loud music was playing coming from behind the counter but definitely heard throughout the whole place. It was very offensive music with swearing and it degraded women. I noticed while ordering that the young women, one not wearing a burger king uniform, were making the food without wearing gloves & touching/talking on their phones at the same time. I wanted to vomit thinking about what their hands have touched all day and now people's food? I wanted to use my phone to take photos but I had left it in my car. The music was still blaring so I stupidly paid for the food that I wasn't going to touch and left. I'm never eating at this location ever again. Told everyone what I witnessed, they were all disgusted by it and agreed they are never going to that burger king too.    Read moreThere is a location about a mile away. I have ordered from there numerous times for the kids since the COVID pandemic started. Out of the 6 times we have placed an order, 6 of them have been missing fries, burger, or a drink. We have yet to experience a complete order and it is very frustrating. Today I finally got back into the drive thru lane to voice my frustration and was met by a very kind employee. He apologized numerous times and asked how he could make it right. I asked for a phone number for the manager and when I called the response was short and very unsatisfying. 'We have new people' is what I was told. I dont care how much turnover there is for staff, there should not be that many issues with fulfilling orders. I will not be ordering from Burger King...
