Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Sartell

I can't fathom why this location has so many stars. I can see this Caribou from my house and it's extremely convenient for me to stop on my way to work. I have given it SO many chances. I'm done. 4/5 times the drinks taste horrible. Throwing away my lavender espresso shaker from this morning. Besides the inconsistent drinks, I've gotten sandwiches that are completely cold. Not to mention they are SO SLOW. If I see more than two cars in the drive through- I'm not stopping. I've waited 10+ minutes with only two cars ahead of me. I stopped ordering ahead because if there's a few people in line I'll be late for work waiting for my drink. I'm not going here anymore. It's not just me either- my husband, grandma, and mother-in-law hate this location too. Twice recently I’ve ordered a French roast coffee w/cream and received (and paid extra for) a gross over-creamed craft press with sugar. More money and gross. Maybe it’s because the staff can’t hear when you order and you can't hear them either. The Covid shield , the masks, the noisy machines, and the loud banter and chit chat of the workers - I’ve had to yell to be heard, and apparently they still can’t hear. And it is not just me. The customer in front of me had to yell and repeat himself in order to be heard. Also ordered a bakery treat and it was still thawing from frozen and should have been warmed before serving. They are always crazy busy here and are not taking appropriate time to make sure they get it right. I'd rather wait the extra time and get what I ordered. don’t go here for food. they’re either coincidentally always sold out of everything and aren’t competent enough to buy more stock when they evidently never have enough. or it’s simply they’re just too lazy to make it for you on top of your coffee. i imagine them telling you they’re sold out is the equivalent of McDonalds workers telling you their ice cream machine is broken, just cuz they don’t have the motivation to do their job. these people that work at these places simply do not care and it’s apparent. also the prices are ridiculous for...
