Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Sartell

I have stopped at this location on multiple different occasions anytime between 7:30 PM and no later than 7:45 PM. Tonight I stopped at seven 7:32 PM after I left work and I was hoping tonight was going to be different. There was a car in front of me in the drive-through that didn’t get an answer from the staff that we can clearly see in there. They pulled forward to the window nobody answered the window they then pulled forward around to go into the building. I pulled up to the drive-through nobody answered this is happened to me on multiple occasions so I decided to leave.Every time I stop I neither told they are closed or all of the lights are on and nobody answers the drive-through. If the business states it’s open till 8 PM I feel as if they should be serving their customers right up until 8 PM. If not change your business hours. It’s unfortunate but the hospital being so close many people would utilize this much like myself...

Stopped here last Thursday around 3pm. Pulled into the drive thru and waited for 4-5 minutes and nobody answered. I figured they were busy or only had online pickup so I pulled around to the front and tried to go inside. There were about 10 signs on the windows and doors saying "Please Use the Drive Thru." I saw 3 people working inside so I called and asked if they were open, the employee who answered said yes they were open. I asked if the drive thru was open or if I needed to order another way and he said the drive thru was open. So I pulled back around to the drive thru and another car was waiting at the speaker box. I sat there for another 2-3 minutes, rolled down my window and the person in the car in front of me was saying "hello?!" because nobody was answering. I was getting my nails done a few doors down and needed to grab a quick dinner for my family and I. I hadn't been to a Jimmy Johns before. What a treat!!! From the moment I walked in, the staff welcomed me and asked if I knew what I wanted or if I needed a minute to pick something out. I told them I hadn't been there before so they asked what things I liked. Turns out I'm a #17 kind a' girl. They were a really fun bunch of people. I could tell they like what they do and were knowledgeable in their product to steer me in the right direction. They got my sandwiches done quickly. When I got home my kiddo and I were REALLY happy with the choice I made for us. The bread.... LEMME TELL YA!!!! Anyhow, I don't normally do reviews but this group of employees made my night.
