Marnanteli's Pizza — Restaurant in Sartell

Marnanteli's Pizza is awesome. They offer much more than simply pizzas, including sandwiches, salads, pastas and combination meals. They also have a decent child's menu. Marnanteli's food is always affordable for my budget, besides our family lives just down the road from their Sartell location and they usually will deliver freshly made food within 45 minutes. The portion sizes are always adequate, and the food is usually still warm enough to eat, even in Minnesota winters. We have had their pizzas, chicken sandwiches, and several things off the children's menu.

Marnanteli's Pizza in Sartell does offer service to people who would like to dine in. My family has never eaten inside the restaurant, so I cannot say how the service is. None of us have used the bathroom, so I do not know at the moment if it is handicap accessible, nor if they have a changing table. We have gone in to pick up the food, and it is a rather small dining area, but I think most of their business is delivery.

The only people who like Marnatelli's are people who grew up eating this garbage. Their pizza is probably the worst thing on the menu. It's ok, but just ok. The crust is @ss, their pizza sauce is @ss. Their cheese and toppings are the only things that keep their pizza from tasting like full blown @ss! Everything else on their menu is mediocre. It used to be better than low quality deep fried food but far from fresh, good quality, handmade food. Marnatelli's also used to be decently priced but not anymore. It's over priced and tastes more like @ss than ever and they have started using lower quality food. The last time I had Marnatelli's I threw it straight in the trash! I hate their pizza so I ordered a burger and fries which I always thought was ok. Not great but also not horrible. The fries and hamburger patty tasted like the cheapest low quality fries and patties they could find. My wife grew up eating Marnatelli's. She likes it. I don't. I've eaten here many times over the years and the quality of their food never seems to be consistent. The only consistency it has is it either tastes meh or...

Last week I ordered a large pizza. The problem is with the box and the manager. The side of the box just below where you open the lid is not secured in any way. It's just loosely folded in under the lid and that's it. I tilted the box ever so slightly while taking it into the kitchen and the pizza slid out of the side of the box face down on the floor. Take a look at the box if you order and you'll see what I mean. Staff told me the manager said it's not their fault how the box is made and there's nothing that they're willing to do about it. Period. They'd rather lose a customer. It's the equivalent of your groceries breaking through a cheap grocery bag onto the tar before you even get to the car. Very poor customer service....
