McDonald's — Restaurant in Sartell

Sartell Minnesota a person with disabilities was waiting on us. And then all of a sudden someone else takes over for her. I told the guy why was she being replaced she was doing just to find job. The next thing I hear is her being scolded by the manager a female. I asked her if she was alright she said yes and not to say anything to her manager I was very upset. She was just doing her job no one else was in the McDonald's inside part. Just me and my three grandchildren. When I asked the guy why he took over he did not answer. He asked if I had everything I wanted but he never went through the list of everything that was on the screen. And I couldn't see it so therefore I said yes. So he printed it out. When the girl returned she said you know I don't think you have your double cheeseburger order. I said okay will place that order please. I have save the receipts from that night which was Saturday night last week. I plan on calling corporate because I think it was a disgrace to our society that if you have any form of special needs and you are hired by the general public to work and they mistreat you themselves as an employee what do you think our general population is going to to do to anyone with special needs. Our society is not a very nice Society. And McDonald's has shown how they react to Special Needs People. Instead of lifting a helping hand or asking if she needed any help instead she was punished embarrassed and ashamed. Well for other stood around and looked I wonder how she felt. I ordered a 6pc nug kids meal and a extra 6pc nug with a medium fry and a McDouble. I specifically asked for sweet & sour three times during the order and they still didn’t put it in the bag so I drove home thinking I had all my food. Takes me 15 min to get home so I get home and open the bag I eat one fry and it tasted so bland. I looked in the bag and seen the fries had hardly any salt on them, and then noticed the fries in the kids meal looked really old. Im a manager at a fast food joint so I know what old fries look like. Then i seen that there was no sweet & sour. I got up and grabbed everything and went back to McDonalds to get my food fixed. Not to mention this is an extra 15 minutes I have to drive back. that makes it 30 min and I still haven’t ate. I get to McDonald’s and tell them what happened I ask can I get it remade because it’s gonna take me another 15 min to get home they told me to pull to the window so I did and they try handing me a bag with just fries and sweet and sour in it. I said what’s in that I wanted it remade. I don’t want to eat food that’s been ready for 45 min. Do they really expect me to open up my McDouble and start eating it after waiting that long? Gross. All I wanted was to eat some warm food. Also I eat my nuggets and fries with sweet and sour and if I don’t have that I won’t touch my food. I ended up getting my refund and chucking all the food away in the garbage...

Went through the drive-through , paid , then got to the window to grab the food . I ordered two $5 meals , only received one drink told her there should be two , she was very snarky and looked around and said oh here’s the other one. Then I asked if there were two meals in the bag, she replied “yes, there are 2 in there and slammed the window shut. My bad, I should’ve looked in the bag, but I didn’t and drove home to only find one meal. Call the store and ask for the manager to explain what happened, and as I’m talking to the manager, she hangs up on me. Drive back to the store even angrier now, a worker comes up and asks if I’ve been helped to then I reply. “Nope, I’m looking for the manager who hung up on me.” She was the one who hung up on me, her eyes got super big and she said she did not mean to hang up on us. I told her I just wanted another meal. The girl who slammed the window shut on me and stated that there were two meals in the bag in the drive-through, came up and asked if I needed help. At that time, I said “you were the one who told me my meal was correctly in there, to which it was not”. And she ran off. Did not apologize or anything. I will not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone. And the smell inside the store is awful, it smells like it has not been cleaned in...
