Update 12/2017 After my recent visit I would strongly recommend thinking twice about coming here until they get a new staff and train them properly. As with every other time I've come in here, even though I was next in line, the person behind me was assisted first. Instead of treating customers as they come, they pick out their favorites first. While I was sitting in a booth (there were other customer eating in as well), I was treated to the staff's very loud conversations. Two staff members argued back and forth because one was off the clock and was told they couldn't be behind the counter. To which the reply was "I can do whatever I want, now open the register". About five minutes later I was treated to discussion about food (at their home) which came complete with swearing. About ten minutes after that I was shocked to hear one employee loudly exclaim how she purchased breakfast for $5 somewhere else and how her co-workers were wasting their money eating the garbage here (meaning Dunks), her exact words. What kind of employees have loud inappropriate conversations, in front of customers, while working? Also, what kind of employees speak horribly about their place of employment, again in front of customers, while working? Update 4/2017 They completely redid the entire store and it looks wonderful and invited. But, the still have issue's with food and service. They constantly run out of pastries hours before closing time. Some of the staff show preferential treatment to customers while ignoring other customers that are in line to be served next. The store looks nice but the staff and food are still bad. I do not recommend this particular Dunks. They haven't gotten my order right ever, the service is slow, and the food is always a little stale. I won't be going there again.

Read moreThis dunkin is usually on point, but the past couple of times I have been here they have fallen short. I had ordered an iced coffee and a donut via mobile app. When I had arrived there was no one in there, but one employee was caught up in conversation with a friend. I waited 10 minutes to get my stuff. When I had received my coffee there was no sugar in it, even though there was supposed to be. I had brought my coffee back to tell them there wasn't any in there and they took it back to put some sugar in my coffee. When I got it back, there was barely any sugar in it at all. I think I'll reconsider coming back to this location in the future. UPDATE 8/12/24 Yeah this place is terrible. Brought a drink back up because it wasn't made right, they gave it back to me the exact same way with no changes. Will be the last time I go to...
Read moreLet me draw my day for you. Rainy day, Its hot and Im parched. I stop by at this dunkin donut. Line is long, and the crew is working fast to get the drinks going. I had to choose wether to stay in the store and stay dry or go through the drive through, I decided to stay in. I really wanted the Pumpkin spice, but couldn't think exactly latte, coffee or cold brew. I had to go against my gut and I took a macha latte with red bubbles. The drink was cold and refreshing, along my avocado toast. Didn't enjoy the avocado but the seasoning and the company around made it worth it. I took a seat near the window and enjoyed the rain. Thats why I love dunkin, It just makes a gloomy day into a...
