We just had a more intimate wedding celebration dinner there, for the newly married couple and east coast family that could not attend the actual wedding. From first contact with Diane and Nicholas, who helped me organize this event to Amber our waitress and the entire staff of Jimmy's, every person was friendly, helpful, gracious, and competent. The room was set up as decided, the menu, food and wine selection were excellent and reasonably priced. More than half of us ordered steak and the others ordered chicken or fish. We all thought the food was delicious. Those who ordered the teriyaki steak, in particular raved about how good it was. Amber, our waitress was fantastic in every way. I was a little nervous about planning an event in a different state, but we have only positive feelings about the entire experience. I should note that our event was on a Saturday afternoon, when the room is available only from 12-4:00 PM. My family and I absolutely enjoyed our dining experience at Jimmy's Steer House in Saugus MA! From the moment we entered the restaurant we were welcomed kindly and shown to our clean and completely prepared table. The wait staff was beyond awesome and very attentive to our comfort. Our lead staffer was a charming and affable person by the name of Taylor. How she kept up with me, my mom, and 6 siblings was nothing less than remarkable. We are more individually particular rather than demanding; and socially outgoing and friendly. So, that describes the humourous and lovely chaos at our table; however, Taylor conveniently appeared as she seamlessly anticipated our dining needs. Now to the elephant in the room... The food was... What's beyond delicious? The food was amazing!!! From the bread and butter placed before the meal -Yes!
