Nicky's Pizza Time — Restaurant in Saugus

I ordered 2 grilled chicken Caesar salads from this place, been ordering from for many years, I found a long hair in my salad. I called and told the manager and she offered a new salad, I said no thank you! She offered me a credit, so when I ordered tonight she charged me $28.00 what!! One chk Caesar salad is $13.00, with extra chk it’s 3) more. So I said to her how can you be giving me a credit, she said the salad was $9.00 well 9 + 9 is 18 $ last time I checked. I ordered a cheeseburger sub with everything on it including hot peppers. It came out excellent perfect amount of cheese and all the toppings and the hot peppers weren’t too much. I ordered it to go and it was ready at exactly the time frame they told me on the phone I’m from the other side of the state just passing through so it worked out perfectly.
