Order food from here through a delivery service and the 1st delivery the restaurant sent the wrong food so it had to be sent back and our order had to be re-sent. Upon receiving our order and biting into my supposed Juicy Lucy I noticed that it was a bacon cheeseburger. There was no onions on it nor a cheese filled center. Just a plain glorified cheeseburger. I contacted the delivery service and complained and they called the restaurant and the restaurant claims the burger I got was that of a Juicy Lucy. I cant complain about the delivery service since they did a great job, but I can complain of the restaurant because not only did they originally send use someone else's food; they couldnt even get me the right burger I ordered and refuse to fix the issue. I guess I dont have to plan on going to the restaurant to eat since I already know how that will go and it's a shame considering it's a local restaurant. Read moreI went here with a big group 15 or more of us for the game. The seating/TVs is in a way that watching the game without interference was difficult. Though it didn't seem busy service was very slow. Before the game started many of us ordered food including one of my group members ordering Chili, come to find out that at half time free chili is bering offered for the game (this was never mentioned we placing food orders before game) Again the volume of the game was sooo low you couldn't here any of it. My son's fries had not been seasoned but anyone else that got fries was, my quasadilla was very greasy with both halves stacked on one another making the bottom pieces un-eatable. Read moreBaseball sports bar that doesn't play the sound for games. Didn't even know the Twins were on and about to clinch the division. When a customer asked to have the sound on in the 9th inning, the bartender/manager Erin became rude and told him it's a Friday night and wanted the music. That no one was watching the game (except half the bar cheering during plays). She told the customer to go watch the game at home if he wanted the sound and they don't need his $20/month he spends at the bar. Just unbelievable.
