Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Sauk Rapids

This is the worst caribou I have ever visited. I frequent caribou daily. I have also worked for caribou for 5 years. Today I was afraid to get my regular sparkling blue raspberry energy drink with lemonade because I had a feeling they would screw it up. They made it with the stillwater. I asked if they could make it with the lemonade and they assured me they put lemonade in it. I can't continue to give my money to a chance of a beverage I will like. I understand a big order coming in and you have a line, but your staff needs to learn to multitask with out being flustered. This is the 3rd time I have attempted to come in there and either staff are to busy in conversation or the person running the register is disorganized or just does not know what they are doing..... Ridiculous! You really need to learn what customer service is about when you are up charging...

Stopped by to get myself and my kids got chocolate before the parade of lights tonight. There were only two girls working and a tone of people waiting ing. These girls were amazing!! They pushed through the rush with grace and nailed it!! Being slammed is never fun or easy and they did a fantastic job. The manager and the girls...
