As we walked up to the door there was toilet paper outside all over the ground. I soon found out why, walking in the restroom area there was toilet paper all around the first door. I used that restroom and I should have gone in the second door. The restroom was not clean, very gross to the point I had to clean the commode with hand sanitizer I had in my purse. The store was not very busy but there was a lady at the window she was not very much help to the other 2 workers. She just stood at the window the entire time my husband & I were in the shop. I heard her whole conversation along with giggles with whomever was in the vehicle at the window. She was not making drinks or anything going anything but giggling with the people in the vehicle. She was loudly talking to the person in that vehicle, I heard everything she was saying. There was one youngish lady at the register & one young lady making all the drinks. They were nice, but obviously perturbed & very rushed. I wanted to leave them a nice tip but I knew the young lady at the window would benefit from my generosity. The counter was so sticky, looked like it wasn't clean all day. There were spilled coffee drinks dried up near the tables, the tables were very dirty, and the restroom was grossly unclean and extremely smelly. I used to love getting my mocha there every time I would come into town but it's getting gross. And there is always a lady not doing her job while others run around trying to keep up. Now that Aldi is open, I would like to stop but I am afraid of what I will find. I used to love this location, it is right by the stores I frequent. Another story below.
One time 3 weeks or so ago, the same youngish lady was there with one other person. She didn't move from the window, while the other worker made drinks, and was trying to keep up with the register. There were 4 people in line ahead of me & 2 behind me. 3 people left. I felt bad for the one person working alone while the short lady did nothing because there was not a soul in the drive-thru. Of course, the tables were dirty, the countertops and floors were so sticky, it was half-dried up frappuccino, and the restroom was so unclean, and smelly, that I dared not wash my hands. Read moreThis Starbucks location is SO INCONSISTENT. Their hours are constantly changing, one day the lobby is open the next day it’s not. They clearly have some major management issues going on. I visit this Starbucks religiously, atleast a few times a week as I work right across the street. I am not one to complain if it’s just a fluke incident but I have now had more than a handful of times where this store has been an absolute dumpster fire. 1. Shutting down online ordering 2.having the most random/inconsistent hours 3. Drink times take FOREVER. 4. LONG drive through line and wait times. It’s unfortunate they can’t get a handle on this store because it is in a great location. A corporate store should not have so many inconsistencies. This morning I ordered an iced coffee online through the app for a lobby pickup. I get there and the door is locked with a sign on the door saying use the drive through. Normally that would not be an issue but the line was 15+ cars long. I order online for the convenience that I can just run in and grab it and not wait in a long line. I’m not one of the people that has 30+ minutes to waste in a drive through line. I waved down an employee from the outside and they told me to call, so I call and they tell me to get in the drive through line. I’m sorry, just shut down your one line ordering completely because clearly they cannot handle it. Shut down the lobby permanently because one day it open, the next day it’s not. Most of us are paying $7+ for our drinks. It’s ridiculous to be getting this kind of service. It’s time a big wig pays a visit to the store to make some serious changes. Read moreI placed a mobile order for a little evening pick me up, location says it’s open until 7 perfect; I place the order at 5:50pm to leave plenty of time for the closers to do their responsibilities. I pull up to the drive thru at 5:54 and I wait no answer, I’m a patient person so I still wait also looking around to see if they have any signage posted about adjusted hours nothing. So I say “hello” twice. No answer I pull up to the drive thru window and well there’s the signage about adjusted hours. I don’t mind the fact we have to make accommodations for staff but update the app. I paid for my drink not knowing it was closed so now what. I call it rings & rings & rings and then they hang up on me because whoever is closing is hiding in back as you can see from the window from unfinished closing tasks. IE ice on the counter, etc. so not only did they hang up on me to try and resolve this issue of being charged and not getting my drink they never updated the app to change adjusted hours.
