Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Savage

I came in with my daughter who is 3 for a breakfast date, I had two drinks, two plates, and my purse in hand. Not a single person helped to a table, even though there were 5 employees sitting there doing nothing, including the manager who was the closest one to help. Then I go up to ask for water because my daughter had asked me for some and no one turns to me, they all still sitting there doing nothing, tell the rude manger finally says Hi....... and then when the nice girl gets it for me, an employee named Michael makes fun of me asking for water, in front of me! The poor girl helping me looking horrified that he would do that.

I love the Buu I prefer it over Starbucks but I have had multiple insidents here before, never said anything, and now I’m ticked. I might have never written this post but the blatant disrespect for others by mocking them because my child wanted water?! I will be calling corporate when I leave today and I will make sure this staff...

Extremely disappointed in the service provided here !I came here at 6:30 in the morning after getting done with work ,excited to get a cup of coffee, and the drive-through attendant had an attitude because I asked her several times what the cost of the coffee was. Little did she know that I am 10% def in my ear and I struggle to hear what people say. But that’s besides the point, it’s called customer service for a reason. I myself have worked in retail, and I know we can have our off days; but as soon as you walk through those doors you leave those issues outside. For a second I actually felt ashamed for being hard of hearing, but now I feel the attendant should be ashamed or her attitude( oh and she was doing a lot of huffing in annoyance, rolled her eyes several times, and snatched my money out of my hand). I have never seen the caribou coffee staff like here.i really love caribou coffee and almost store i stopped by so nice, make wonderfull drink.and i just moved to Egan erea for working,and there is a store near my work, and...today is so awful day, i order my favorite drink, Vanilla cream-pop cooler, but the lady make so bad taste and give just a little cream on top instead full cup like normal,just like she give me for free not getting pay from me, i ask she give me more and she look at me a second and add on and give back without a word, is that how they service or cause i bother them? At the same time they made for my friend Green tea sparkly , bad taste also.when i ask the receipt ,the cashier tried to take the bottom (the promotion part) quickly before give back to me????
