So very sad that Target is no longer a welcoming place for our family. Even though other stores were closer we always went out of our way to shop at Target because the experience was accommodating for our Autistic child. Now that you have music playing we can no longer shop there with our child. It causes far too much discomfort and causes meltdowns. We thought maybe it was just the noise level on that particular day so we tried again and the same thing, couldn't last longer than 5 minutes in the store. I know our family is not the only one with this problem. Please consider all when making choices like this, when you had those little carts and you had so many people complaining because their shopping experience was ruined by inattentive parents who let their children fly all over the place with them you took them out. Not only our experience but our ability to shop as a family (a skill she needs to learn!) has been ruined by the music playing. While we will likely still stop in if my child is at school or one of us can stay with her but it would be nice if she was able to still shop...
Read moreWent to go pick up some ice cream and some fluffy socks but instead felt that I had entered a full on war zone. Unless you happen to do your shopping at 9pm on a weeknight then you can be sure to expect to be run down by multiple employees chasing you around with their storage carts, trying to swerve this situation only to be met by a further 5 adolescent teens hiding in the baby clothes section having a conversation about their least favourite boss Steve who happens to pay them $14 dollars an hour for doing jack shizzle all day.
Not to mention that you also will not be able to hear yourself form a coherent thought over the sound of the walkie talkies on maximum volume, I could hear Steve on his walkie talkie requesting staff to aisle 3 whilst sitting in aisle 8, totally unnecessary.
To cool off from this incredibly nerve racking experience I decided to purchase an ICEE only to find that the machine doesn’t even bloody work.
-5/10 would not reccomend.
PS all I want for Christmas is some staff training on how to steer a cart in a...
Read moreNot sure if there's been a change in who the mgr is but this store has really gone down hill. If there is a new mgr my guess is he/she came from Walmart as this store is starting to look a lot like it. Bulky product display right down the center of the grocery aisle making it difficult when others are shopping, you have to turn to go down an aisle in order for another customer to get by you. This store is dirty & disorganized. The displays make absolutely no sense when the shelves are often bare. Which brings me to another issue.... a ton of employees stocking shelves. These employees are often rude & will ignore you when you ask if they can move a little so you can get a product they're blocking from the shelve. Stock your shelves at night instead of having 50+ employees in several aisles making ones shopping experience a nightmare.
Your organic section is non existence. Since Target started using Apeel I stopped buying groceries here all together. Clothes section for men & women are a joke, prices a lot higher than what I can...
