Bad customer service... waited about 10 minutes standing there while the lady at the register counted money from her drawer. She didn't even look up to acknowledge me or even speak to me until after I had been standing there about 5 minutes before she rudely said "It's going to be a minute". Then when I ordered my sandwich, I specifically asked for extra lettuce and extra tomatoes, but instead my sandwich looked liked light lettuce and light tomatoes, it was flat, like a pancake, the bread was hard and rubbery and I asked for light Italian dressing however it was dripping in Italian dressing.... such a waste of my money. I'm not sure if this location got new staff or what, but the last couple of times I've gone there, my order has been wrong. Both times I ordered the turkey club. The first time, they made it right but did not add bacon which it comes with. Then the second time, I told them to make sure they add bacon this time since they forgot the first time which they did, except they forgot all the extras that I asked for. I told them to add cucumbers in which they added pickles (I hate pickles), they did not add the oil and shakers like I asked so my sandwich was really dry. I also asked them to add extra mayo and they barely put any mayonnaise on it! On top of that, my sub sandwich was flat! They barely put any meat or anything that I asked for in there! Get...

The gentleman who made our sandwich was using his phone with his gloves on, I had to ask the cashier to tell him to change his gloves before touching our food but he was so surprised, that didn’t make sense to him!! For him it would’ve been totally fine making our sandwich with his nasty gloves! His hair was so puffy with NO HAIR NET!! I was praying that I wouldn’t find a hair in my sandwich 🤮very disappointed at the quality/ price: 20$ for a 12´´ turkey sandwich and 2 chips. Nothing special about their bread, white cheap one.
