I was really disappointed with my experience at Southbound Tap House. The staff there were incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment I approached the counter. I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer, which is unacceptable for any service establishment, especially at an airport where travelers are already stressed.

My friend and I stopped here twice - arriving at and departing from Savannah. Our server, Marissa, was absolutely delightful - she actually recognized us at our second visit. My wife and I had a pretty decent meal here today; our server was friendly and helpful in explaining how the sandwiches were served and what they came with. We both ordered cheeseburgers, and they were not bad, but they weren't anything to write home about. The waffle fries were good but lacked seasoning.
