There were like 4-5 baristas and it took 25minutes in line for me to place an order there were 7 people in total infornt me of me. Next, I ordered the new holiday drink; Sugar Cookie Almondmilk latte. Well- it was initally made incorrectly as I watched the barista use whole milk. She started over and literally steamed the almond milk and added syrup. For those that don't know it comes with 2-expresso shots and sprinkles. Ordered through app and upon picking up order was told they have no water so not making any drink orders so the latte I ordered was not going to happen (yet were still activily taking mobile orders). I inquired where to get a refund and was told I will have to call starbucks or go to the app. Upon asking where in the app to request refund, or what number to call, I was ignored and told it was beyond their control. When suggesting they mark drinks as "sold out" in app (as several food options were, and so everyone doesnt have to hastle trying to get refunded), I was told that was beyond their control.
