The great American bagel panini — Restaurant in Savannah

I fly frequently and this was by far one of the worst experiences I've had with an airport business. I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to express my concerns to the management of this specific location. There were 3 employees working, all of which, were very unfriendly. I placed my order, after being told, 2 times, that things I wanted were unavailable, even though it was only 0815. When I finally got to the register, my order was $11 (and some change). I attempted to pay with a $20 bill and was EXTREMELY rudely told by Brittany (with short orange hair) that she could not take the bill because she didn't have change. I thought perhaps she just glanced at the bill and mistakenly thought it was a $50 or $100, which I know many places can't break. I simply asked if she couldn't make change for a $20. Her response, again very angrily and rudely, was "This isn't my drawer. Don't you have a card?" Of course, I have a card, and had she have simply explained the situation, or if there was a sign saying they couldn't except cash at this time, I would have continued with my purchase. Since this was such a negative experience, I simply told her, no, I didn't want my order. My friend who is traveling with me, did the same, as she was going to pay cash as well. I'm assuming they will now have to throw the food away, so the company really needs to look into their current employees, especially Brittany, because they are losing business and...

Had lunch here,would not recommend.

Not many places in the smaller airport to choose from, wanted something different than Burger King fast food.

Service was bad, only one person working and not friendly at all. Ordered a Cuban style panini…they were out. Ordered another sandwich…that was out also. As I had to catch a flight, just asked what they DID have, and got some generic ham bagel sandwich. No flavor, waste of money.

If you read other reviews you will find they seem to be out of food a lot, obviously a poorly managed business.

Horrible staff and out of plain bagels. How can they be out of plain bagels so early in the morning at a bagel company? However, they did not take down the “plain” bagel sign and also had bagels in the section, yet said they were out. Brittany (orange hair) was so rude when we tried to pay we left our bagels and waters, and walked next door to Burger King where the employees were very nice and the food was pretty good.
