The past two times I have ordered online from them, my order has never been ready when I get there to pick it up due to a "system error." The first time the system error wouldn't allow them to see my order but, it did say the order was paid in full. Thankfully, I always print out my online order receipt for proof of payment. Today, when I went there was a "system error" and the first thing I asked was if the payment went through. I was told no and that I owed like $18 and some change (which was $2 more than we paid online), but my receipt said we owed "$0.00." They looked at me and said, "Oh, well since there was a system error, we cancelled your order so the payment didn't go through." I asked if it would be okay to call my coworker who paid for the order to check her online statement to see if the money came out. As soon as I got her on the phone and she said the payment of $16.88 came out of her account, he looked at the computer, pressed a button and printed a full receipt claiming the "system error just fixed itself." Read moreThe guy working there tonight droppes the knife on the floor picked it up then proceeded to slice my 4yr old son sandwich. I asked him nicely to get a new clean knife before cutting my son sandwich, he stated that he did wash the knife off. I told him no he didn't if he called running the knife under water for 1 second washing it then he can eat the sandwiches! I will never go back to this location on white bluff and windsor forest. Everytime i go he is in there and he isn't clean with the food nor products that we go to purchase. I refuse to eat food from there, i may never eat another subway after this horrible experience. Then he acted as if he was going to do something to me because me and my son's walked out because he wanted to argue about the nasty knife i clearly saw and heard drop on the floor. Read moreUnfortunately, they don't have a No Star rating. Stopped in today to take advantage of a coupon I got in the mail and to try this place again. Ordered my meal. Then owner says he doesn't participate. I said he should place that on the window to let patrons know ahead of ordering. He said No and ran off about having to paint the walls and fix the place up. The price was $17 for an Italian Sub and drink. Got home. It was not even good or deserving of the coupon price. Will never return to this place for food and contacting Subway corporate about a failed coupon policy and operations of this store. Never again will I use Subway for my event catering or other occasions. I will use Publix or one of the other chains that adhere to advertising standards and who are not governed by greed.
