(read update 2) Initial Review: Yum!! Don't read my review! Go find your own pizza place!!! 🤣 Just kiddin'. Love Livin' Local!! Forget the big chains, this is the only place you need to care about. The Potato Bombs are 💣 The pizza is 🥰 wish the atmosphere was bigger for a sit down, BUT, we are overly thankful that they are in the neighborhood and actually taste Very Very good! We are spoiled!! DONT FORGET TO TIP HANDSOMELY!!
Update 1: Oops, moving too fast? We had a huge glob of white cheese on this round, and while we didn't get mushrooms per our request 👍🏻, we also didn't get banana peppers substituted per our request 👎🏻.. didn't know til the delivery guy was already gone... Sad, as we tipped handsomely again.. The sausage is completely different to... New ownership is bound to bring change... But this doesn't taste the same... Even more sad...👎🏻👎🏻
Yeah, we decided that we will give Vincenzo's one more try... But too much has changed since our order a month('ish) ago... The toppings, and the crust.... For the price paid, could easily get the same quality from dominos... Heartbreaking... hopefully the new owners revert back to how it was upon taking the business over... The only thing that's the same is the potatoes bombs 🤤🤤🤤 but we will pass entirely if it doesn't revert to the taste, quality, and accuracy as it was before...
Update 2 (7/2/24): Consistently Inconsistent. Some days the pizza is exactly what you expect. Other days it's baaaddd... The dough once again is rolled too thin and it broke in their oven .. instead of making another so that we get the price paid, they once again pushed the busted pizza together and covered it with cheese... I'm sorry, but we aren't a bunch of stoners looking to gobble down anything... We are paying a pretty price for this pizza, and, we always ALWAYS tip very well, AND pay cash for it, because we know the banks charge ridiculous rates and this is helping support a small business... Moving forward though, we will skip tipping until the kitchen gets it together and has more pride in what...
Read moreI’m from North eastern PA. Love Italian food , especially love cooking it, specifically chx parm and pizza. Ate here yesterday hoping for some quality Italian food in an area (Savannah) with some extremely low quality Italian food and pizza restaurants. The pizza , for the area , was about as good as you’re going to get. So I can understand why the pizza is so hyped. Unfortunately I had to use two whole napkins to dab up all the extra grease but the pizza was good for this area. My suggestions is for your sauce use San Marzano tomatoes. Although not economically efficient, you’ll stand out amongst any pizza place in this area. But the chicken parm , man yous did the name chicken Parmesan dirty. That was chicken tenders with sauce, mozza, and pasta over it. The chicken was soggy with no crunch, tasted frozen and reheated, and the pasta and sauce was rough to say the least. I ended up giving the majority minus the bite or two I had to a cat in targets parking lot lol The saving grace here was the cannoli. Old school and classic flavor to it. Reminded me of home. Can’t say I’ll go back for the food but if I’m in the area will grab...
Read morePizza is definitely my favorite food and I'm from up north, I looked at all the great reviews, this place was everything and then some. I got a pizza just for myself and I felt like I was back up north, absolutely amazing. I drove 3 hours to eat here, I was very happy. My wife loves pizza too but she can't have gluten but they have a gluten free pizza she said was the best she ever tried!!! The staff are amazing, the only thing I hated was I only ordered one pizza for my self!!! I will definitely be back soon, I don't care how far the drive I found my new favorite restaurant and the owners son rocks with great service he wore his mask having to deal with these hard times, this place made me forget about the stress of life for a bit, God bless this family owned...
